Uzzi Amphibious gear

Lead clothing design for the Uzzi x Nickelodeon resort-wear line for kids and toddlers. Designed patterns for other clothing items in the Uzzi catalog such as bucket hats & Hawaiian shirts. Designed promotional materials for trade-shows and events such as signs, rugs & advertisements. Designed custom emblems and logos for clients. Directed photoshoots for new products and edited images to be catalog/web ready. Updated product images for Amazon.com and Uzzi.com online web stores. Designed banners and other graphics for web and social media.

Purpose

Design a line of Nickelodeon clothing unlike anything you can currently buy in stores. Create media that met quality standards and represented Uzzi's style as a company.

Nickelodeon x Uzzi Resort-wear Catalog

This is the final Nickelodeon X Uzzi Resort-wear Catalog. This project took over 8 months, and overseeing it gave me much insight into the clothing and licensed design industries.

Here is a summary of my roles in this project:

Spearheaded the overarching design direction of the entire line
Allocated tasks within the design and production teams
Created graphics and patterns on Illustrator using a combination of original drawings and assets provided by Nickelodeon
Designed all SpongeBob, Dora, Baby Shark & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles clothing, as well as one Paw Patrol design (PAW 1767)
Designed all towels
Worked with our production team to decide on physical details such as cut, stitch color, eyelet material, drawstring style, etc.
Worked with the Viacom licensing team to get designs approved for production
Reviewed clothing samples and communicated with the factory to ensure that production came out right
Created images of kids wearing our clothing on Photoshop
Designed the actual catalog using InDesign

Summary:

Above is a collection of products I designed using a combination of original drawings and assets provided by Nickelodeon. These products, not featured in the Nickelodeon X Uzzi Resort-wear Catalog, were either scrapped before production or created after the release of the first official line. All were designed solely by me using Adobe Illustrator.

Summary:

Above is a collection of products I designed, either for the Uzzi Catalog or for clients of Uzzi. I designed these products using original illustrations created on Illustrator and assets provided by our clients. After the initial mockup of a design gets approved I create line sheets with pantone colors, measurements and other design details for the production team.
